- Who can buy from us?
- Anyone within the United States can order from us.
- Out of the country sales must be approved in order to ensure fair pricing on both ends.
- Do we have the right to refuse or cancel orders?
- We sure do but it's something that will unlikely happen unless there is a mistake on our end.
- What happens if prices change?
- All prices on our products will remain what they are.
- Intellectual property rules?
- Our photos, media or anything we post is our own. If you want to use any of it, please ask before you do. We thank you in advance!
- Limitation of liability
- We are not responsible for missing packages. Once we send out an item and contact you with your tracking number, it is your responsibility to keep up with it. We will disclose everything from packing to shipping on all our products.
- How DO disputes get resolved?
- We don't expect disputes, but in case there is an issue all you have to do is contact us and we will either make it right or help as much as we can.
- What happens during emergencies or situations beyond our control?
- We are going to try our best to help through those emergencies, just boils down to what's going on and us talking it through.
- Wholesale terms (if you offer bulk pricing).
- We will eventually offer bulk pricing on custom items to those interested.
